The Escoffier Culinary Theater is a a combination training area and restaurant run by the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, the nation's largest junior college. It includes a kitchen and serving area with automated cameras and wireless mics and a dining room where patrons can watch their meals prepared via the video shown on four plasma displays.
