TIPS TO BRING IN MORE TRAFFIC VIA THE FREE SECTIONS OF THE SEARCH ENGINES
If you want to build traffic for your website, the best place to start is natural search, that is, the free listings that appear in Google, Bing and Yahoo. To rank well there, you'll need to examine your site carefully to make sure your pages are as meaningful to the search engines as they are to potential customers.
Start by creating a list of keywords and key phrases that define your offerings. Online tools can help.
Plan your pages. You'll need to optimize each page for only one to three closely related terms or phrases.
Write quality copy. Your copy is the most important factor in how your pages will be ranked - and of course it is crucial to the impression you make on potential customers.
