WHY DON'T YOUR CUSTOMERS 'LIKE' YOU?
If you are like many in the AV industry, you've been trying to start a dialog with prospective clients on Facebook. You feel good about the 200 'likes' you've attracted, but when you look at the Coca-Cola Facebook page, you see that they have 60 million.
